Trails End Hardscapes Inc. guarantees "Your" paver installation, located at "Your Address", for as long as you own your home (invoice must be paid according to stated terms) that pavers will not crack or chip, and the paver surface shall be true to grade.
Guarantee does not include damage done by natural disasters, roots, heaving, rodents, and/or ants. Guarantee is voided if any excavation is done with in 18 inches of paver surfaces. If excavation must be done within 18 inches of paved surface consult Trails End Hardscapes Inc. to amend warranty. Guarantee does not cover foundation backfill 6 feet from foundation on houses built in the last 5 years. This guarantee is non-transferable.

How Your Guarantee Works
- Trails End Hardscapes will check your pavers at the first year and third year of your contract in the spring to make sure everything looks good. If any repair is needed we will put you in our schedule and get it repaired as soon as possible.
- If at anytime you have a concern about the levelness of your pavers please contact us. We will schedule and complete all repair work in the spring or fall unless failure is significant.
- Please remember this guarantee covers only chipped or cracked pavers, glued pavers and levelness. Guarantee work is always on us but if the scope of the repair is not covered in your guarantee there will be a $50 consultation fee.
